Q: Why is it called "My Wellness Center" ?
A: We'd like you to feel at home here, like it is your own center. In
fact, once you come and use the Ceragem Master Bed, you may
feel like you have an obligation to tell your friends and family
about the bed because you want them to feel better too.
Q: Do I have to sit and listen to a sales pitch before I am allowed
to use the bed?
A: There is absolutely no sales pitch whatsoever. On your first
visit we ask you to listen to a short talk in order to educate you on
the importance of keeping your spine healthy and how the
Ceragem Master can bring other benefits to you.
Q: What is the Ceragem Master CGM-M3500?
A: It is a bed that combines massage, acupuncture, heat, jade, far
infrared rays, and acupressure effects. It also aligns your spine
naturally and gives it a gentle stretch. The bed actually unblocks

Q: Is this a massage or theraputic bed?

A: No. You just have to come to our center. We operate on a "first
come, first served" basis. We treat everyone equally in this
regard, even our dearest friends.
Q: What is the best time to come to the center?
A: Anytime is a good time during our business hours. Don't
come right after a heavy meal with a full stomach or if you are
extremely hungry.
Q: Will I ever get worse due to using the bed?
A: In some cases you may "feel" worse before you get better.
Feel free to ask one of our staff before you use the bed. They will
explain it to you.
Q: My friend felt great after using the Ceragem bed, but I did not;
does that mean it is not working for me?
A: No. The bed is designed to make everybody feel good. If you
have an underlying problem, you may not "feel" good after using
the bed, but the bed is still benefiting you.
Q: Is there a weight limit for the bed?
A: The bed itself can hold at least 300 lbs. We have people over
400 lbs. who use the bed regularly without a problem.
Q: Can overweight people use the bed and benefit from it?
A: Yes, many overweight people love to use the bed because it
relaxes them. Many people have lost weight after using the bed.
One case even lost 15 pounds in three weeks.
Q: Can your staff help me with information on whether the bed
can help with specific medical issues I have?
A: Yes, you can call and talk to one of our staff who has been
trained in how the bed affects your body and specific medical
issues you may have. We also have Dr. Houng King, L.Ac. He is a
licensed acupuncturist to help and answer more specific medical
questions. But again, this bed is not a therapeutic bed even
though people call it "Miracle Bed".
Q: Is there any educational material or written testimonials to look

A: Yes. We have many health-related books and tapes, including
Qi Gong, Far Infrared, Acupuncture, Detoxification, Foot
Reflexology, Yoga, etc. at our center. We also have Ceragem
Master informational books and tapes and testimonials on tape
and in binders.
Q: Is there any age limit on who can use the bed?
A: No age limit; in fact, taking care of your health should start as
young as possible. The youngest person who has come to this
center is an infant and the oldest is 95 years old.
Q: Are there any risks with using the Ceragem Master bed?
A: The bed has UL Certificate of Safety and is FCC approved. If
you do not have a health problem, the bed is safe. If you do have
a health problem you can ask the staff at the center to assist you
in using the bed in a way suitable to your needs. Many doctors
are becoming familiar with the benefits of the bed and are
referring their patients to our center. If you still have concerns,
you may want to talk to your doctor about using the bed.
Q: How long does each session take?
A: One session takes 40 minutes total; 30 minutes on your back
and 10 minutes on your front.
Q: I have all kinds of health equipment in my home. I bought it
and used it for a while then I don't use it anymore. Is this going to
be another piece of junk in my home?
A: Many people have a lot of equipment in their homes stored
away that they do not use. The reason they don't use this
equipment is because it takes work, time, and energy. The
Ceragem Master, on the other hand - requires no energy to use -
you just lie down on the bed and it does the work for you.
Q: Will my insurance company pay for the bed?
A: Yes, depending on your policy. Government, insurance
companies, automobile accidents, have covered for some cases
